Orders & Delivery
1) Please ensure that all address and contact details for your order is correct. Incomplete or incorrect details will delay the shipping of your order.
2) Orders will be shipped out within 1 day after confirmation.
3) Orders will take about 1-3 working days to be delivered to you.
4) Delivery fees are based on the weight and size of the product.
5) For Singpost Normal Mail, Acetorque will not be responsible for any lost mails. A photo of your parcel will be taken before its dropped in the mailbox.
6) For courier delivery, in an event of failed delivery, the courier company will attempt another try before returning your order to the warehouse.
7) Please indicate your special request for delivery if any. Eg. (Leaving in the riser, shoe cabinet etc)
